What Is Included

- Free pickup and return at Port Zante or RLB Airport, 7am to 6pm. Outside those hours it costs US$25
- Temporary driving permit arranged during the pickup process
Driving Permit for Visitors
All visitors hiring a car in St Kitts must obtain a temporary local driving permit. This is required by law under the Vehicles and Road Traffic Act, even if you hold a valid licence from your home country.
The permit costs EC$62.50 (approximately US$24) for three months. We arrange this during the car hire pickup. You do not need to visit a government office.

Pickup Locations
We offer car hire pickup at three locations:
- Port Zante cruise terminal in Basseterre, for cruise ship visitors
- Robert Bradshaw International Airport, for visitors arriving by air
- Our Basseterre office in Greenlands. We also deliver free within about 16km
Pickup near Port Zante is within walking distance of the cruise terminal. Airport pickup is arranged at the arrivals area. Both processes take approximately ten to fifteen minutes.
